Mangement Services Unit
The Management Services Unit is tasked with providing end users on the OLETS Network with publications and manuals concerning system use. This unit also is instrumental in providing guidance in ensuring that record validation for all records entered into the National Crime Information Center by each agency is accomplished in a timely manner. This record validation process is integral in maintaining information within the NCIC system.
